CURRENT Z OWNERS CLUB MEETING VENUE TO BE DEMOLISHED !!
"Yes that's correct" Z Owners have proven yet again if you want your business to close down, just have us attend for our monthly club meetings. We are now considering going into the demolition business as we seem to have no problem with wrecking things or having them close down. Unfortunately our current meeting place "Leinster Arms Hotel" lease has run out and will be be re-developed into a multi story unit block later this year. This is going to be done despite the business going successfully, and without a word of protest from East West Tunnel lobby group about the loss of a historic building in the area. As a conspiracy theory without any proof, could interested parties in the hotel re-development group, been part of the anti East West Tunnel group ?
We are sorry to leave the Leinster Arms Hotel as the staff have been very accommodating and friendly providing a perfect venue for our club.

NEW VENUE AS OF 17th JULY 2018. COMMERCIAL HOTEL 344 NICHOLSON STREET FITZROY.
After much consumption of alcohol at many venues, we have managed to find a great hotel that should fit our needs and only 2 minutes from our current location. The venue offers good parking facilities with plenty of room on footpath for sensible bike parking. We have warned the owner of our history in closing venues, but he as assured us that he has an 8 year license on the premises. Bar meals are very reasonably priced with a variety of tap beers available. The beer garden is big enough for an outdoor meeting in the summer. So please attend our first meeting at our new venue.
