The following article and has been stolen straight from "Zoner's" Facebook page.

Thanks ZONER :) from web editor.

Great club ride today thanks to Tug guiding us into some awesome uncharted territory around the back blocks of Warburton and eventually ending up at the Spiritual home of Sunday motorcycling, The Reefton Hotel.

I met up with Hillbilly Neal and Tug at Emerald and waited for the rest of the crew to arrive.
It was a good smattering of bikes with the majority of bikes being the classic Z series (including 3 Platinum grade Z1R's!)
Unlike most Z Owners runs the others arrived on time, no one needed to fuel up and corner marker system worked beautifully so we didn't lose anybody on the way although Phill tried his best to get lost by sailing past me when I was marking a corner then he went right past the pub.

Other than that a great day, no one got lost, no one broke down, no one had any interaction from Mr Plod (and there was plenty of them) although Mr Plod's presence did put a bit of a damper on the run up the Reefton Spur but that was it. And many thanks to the committee for the subsidized lunch for the members, just made an already great day just a bit better.
